Mayank and Ashok have good potential, not so sure of Gurjap But that pitch was a batting paradise where our team scored 271.

Its not sustainable anymore, specially to the fast bowlers. There is no lack of options now...apart from the usual pacers like Bumrah, Arshdeep, Harshit, Akashdeep, Siraj, Prasidh who are more or less front runners in one or more formats....we also have gotten Mayank, Ashok, Eden, Gurnoor in the mix.. Total close to 10 bowlers is a blessing, and out of the 5-6 are 25 and below, so can effectively serve for next 7-8 years. Nikhil_cric 1

A lock-in for the NZ away tests but then Kamboj had similar run last time in Ranji & we know how things turned out. But Nabi can bat as well. So a big plus. singhvivek141 Posted February 10 Posted February 10 Disappointed with Yudhvir...he was bowling slow 128-137 kph...Nabi was in 125-132 range, similar pace by Sumit. Seems Yudhvir is focusing more on his batting and in process ignoring his bowling. He was also bowling lot fuller in order to generate swing instead of his usual good length deliveries. Someone needs to remind him that he isnt Aaqib Nabi. When Yudhvir took a 5fer against Mumbai..he was bowling 132-142 kph range and was noticeably faster than Nabi & Umair Nazir. On bouncy pitches, Akashdeep and Nabi both will struggle. Siraj is anyway a wild card...one session he may do well, in other he can bowl total trash. express bowling and raki05 1 1
