ehh? What's your problem? His bowling action is not something you suggest for youngsters. It worked for him' date=' won't work for others.[/quote'] It was a very good action.

Ryan Harris just epitomizes what the Australian fast bowler strives for and what is forever missing in any Indian bowler. If he wanted to prolong his career, he could have easily cut down on pace and played more matches, but that would have come at the cost of not giving the 200% commitment that has come to be expected of him every time he bowls. Contrast that with a guy like Ishant Sharma who cut down on his pace so that he can play every match possible and play every IPL possible so as to maximize earning potential.

It's not just about pace. He will be effective even if he bowled 135 because he knows how to bowl.

Didn't realise his Test career started so late. Good for them they have Hazlewood who could be even better and is still young

Congrats to him on a great career and splendid contributions despite limitations of injury and late career start. A champion bowler who any captain would be glad to have in his team.

his body falls all over when he is bowling..
No. If it was the case, he wouldn't have been so accurate that too at good pace. He has a very good alignment. He was not perfect, but that worst too.

Could have been a Marshall without injuries.
Actually he peaked and gained pace Bit late when he remodeled his action. He had great few years but age had to catch up with him.

Yes that comes with experience and his wrist action was great.the way he whipped his wrist made the ball do things.

Rhino was one of the most complete bowlers I've seen. Could extract seam movement from the perfect length on the flattest of pitches. Unfortunate that he had to end his cricket career due to injuries.
