Ok. So shoot them too. Unlike you, i am not arguing different treatment for different groups of people when they are all violating the law. if it can be established that Gau Rakshaks are causing terrorism, they should be shot dead too.

Yeah, shoot instead of sitting across the table and find solutions. Brilliant! Shoot, shoot!

Being a gau rakshak is not against the law.It is like any other extreme  animal right group.

If they commit crime and take the law in their hand, they deserve to be dealt with according to the law.

If these gau rakshaks start stone pelting the security forces as a tactics to avoid arrest when they go to arrest them ...they will be at the receiving end of the guns too.

If you want solutions, don't commit illegal acts. If you commit illegal acts, the authorities will take ANY measure to neutralize you. If you are a frail chaddi-walla like Gandhi who cannot resist against a mouse, let alone humans, they will put you in jail. If you are not-so-frail and engage in physical resistance, the forces will shoot you.

Don't talk about sitting across the table when the parties are breaking curfew and doing illegal activities on the streets. If they were sitting around petitioning various government branches for dialogue, we wouldn't need to shoot them.

Being a protester isn't above the law and no matter what the law says shooting even pellets at kids is cruelty.

What part of 'if you do something illegal, the legally sanctioned security forces are authorized to take any action to neutralize your illegal activity' do you not understand ?

Disobedience movement resulted in arrests. As it should have.

There is a difference between and colony and a legal state.

Yep, i know. I am simply addressing the fact that Gandhi himself was put in jail for breaking the law and that should be the case every single time- you break law, you go to jail. You resist arrest, they shoot you dead. There is no 'brutality/advocating genocide' angle to this, its simple legalism 101.

Sir, the chap you're trying to talk sense to is a dyed-in-the-wool jholachaapi. I'm sure you know what jholachaapis think about law & order mechanisms. Don't waste your time; he is incorrigible.

Yeah. Not surprised because Sanghis were also hand in glove with the British to justify colonialism.

I think you are confusing justifying LEGALISM with justifying colonialism. Your own chaddi-dhari Gandhi himself said that the British were correct in putting him in jail. Because unlike you, he was a lawyer and knew that breaking the law = jail time.

But basic Civics fails like you won't understand that.

Yeah. So sad that chaddhi dhaari Gandhi couldn't get a proper khaki knicker.
