In-charge to Select the ball before the start of innings... In-charge to take care of the ball on-field. He would for that our batsman have to give him a score on board. When he went to aus our batsman could hardly score 300 together. Few days ago i watching sourav ganguly interview where he said kumble use to tell them give me 500+ on board and ill win u game overseas. So spinners need that cushion overseas.
