Can we please drop Mishra now?

Not amusing when a pommie leggie is out-bowling your most experienced leggie at home.  Rashid was getting serious bounce on the wicket.  Mishra I felt was not attacking the stumps enough.  He was going for that magic ball that catches the edge.

After Mishra, who are the leggie prospects?  Please don't say Karn Sharma.  Chahal is a bit raw in long-form cricket right?

Rather throw in Kuldeep n chahal,

atleast they wont potray a looser attitude on field

Wont be a liability on field like him

Would bring a bit of surprise to the attack as they are lil new for opposition

They might succeed or fail but mishra wud be a disastor for sure.......

Mishra has no future, atleast those guys can debut in best scenarios rather starting in overseas

Was really surprised to see Mishra in team and then he comes to baowl. Roots hits 4 first ball. :wall:

He is not adding any value to this team.

Ideally a new leg-spinner should have been played....if not possible to include then a proper batsman would have been still better.

TBH, he is a fielder of Pakistani type who spill 1 catch out of 2 or 3 chances. He cant run, He has bigger tummy then most guys in division 8. With Yadav not there to aid our batting, I have a feeling that this match will go down Ahmedbad game route where Kohli will be trying to save the game on day 5.

I feel like he lacks the heart to be a test match spinner. Just hit him a couple of times and he gets all droopy haha. He would get murdered trying to bowl in anything but subcontinental wickets. Plus he is older and always out of shape, so really if you are looking towards the future (as you should be in a dead rubber match), you should never select him.

When we get a chance to try out new players, BCCI misses them. And then, we will keep wondering how upcoming domestic players can perform - well, give them a chance in such end of series matches at least!
