CG
Starc is averaging 90mph and Cummins 88mph (can round off 90) in current Ashes Aaron and Yadav are fast, definitely seen Aaron maintain 90mph (145) average, but I am also refering to having control as well, which neither have. You think starc has control?Starc Bowls Many Loose deliveries it's his ability to take wickets. Link to comment

Saha ( Till we find a WK who can bat) 4 Bowlers Just need someone to fill that opening spot.. What we get.... Vijay Dhawan (Buddy quota) Pujara Kohli Rohit (Buddy quota) Pandya Saha 4 Bowlers Dhawan and Rohit are strictly on mrit. Vijay is the least deserving in this batting lineup. Parthiv is ready to do the job if given an opportunity. Link to comment

To be fair both Rohit and Dhawan have done better than Vijay this time around. Anyway dont get me wrong I want Vijay to get a century in the next innings. Link to comment

What a brilliant display of counter attack it was with glorious stroke play. I am wondering if anyone from this lineup can display a partnership like that. this same team already did better on last tour. Link to comment

Actually, you need top be predictable in test s like Hazlewood. Starc has an ER of 3.4 in tests as much as Shami, so, if Shami does not have control means Starc does lack it. I hardly see Starc forcing an edge due to swing or seam...it is usually fast and full lbw or bowled or bounce out batsmen. Shami and Bhuvi are the most consistent of the lot we have. Link to comment

What you are referring to is 1996 tour which was bad. The partnership which I mentioned was during 1992 tour. Seems there is some confusion. It was the best partnership I saw from our batsmen in South Africa. Edited January 8, 2018 by Straight Drive Link to comment

maniac
Dhoni’s career ended on a peak with a draw in Australia...right series for him to make a comeback and end on what looks likely a 3-0 drubbing. Also Forget his batting and keeping...bright side might be Kohli will be fielding at deep midwicket and that will atleast eliminate all the catches he drops in slips Link to comment
