Rohit showed he can win games chasing

In a semi-final, albeit a smallish target to chase, rohit showed he can take in the pressure and deliver for the team.

 

Usually goes missing chasing. This innings is important and he played more positive today. Hope he can deliver in the final as well.

He's our Bangladesh specialist. Showed up in WC 2015QF as well against them  

 

I hope and pray he plays a big innings in the final

He's improved on technique, and slightly better at strike rotation but could do more. His weakness is playing dumb shots. Has to keep getting stuck in there and deliver.

I hope he and Dhawan gives us another solid start in the final and the batting continues to dominate the way it has so far

And I think he's not 100% fit either.   That's why the team squad is carrying Rahane.   Credit to Tailunt - he got the job done nicely today.

90 in the first game 70 odd against Srilanka .....unfortunate dismissal against South Africa even though he mentall destroyed Morkel trying at attack him and treat him like a trundler
