These are practice games, giving the best prospects opportunities.  Team balance is secondary.   Better that allrounders shoulder fulltime bowling responsibilities in such games, so they can either raise their games, or be found out as lacking.

Indian sr. Team also plays with 3 frontline bowlers.. 2 fast+ashwin along with hardik and jadeja. 

Jadeja with bowling avg of 35+ is not a frontline bowler too

Almost all of his shots looks funny , but spin and short ball is something which doesnt trouble him .
