Yes and no. Not entire teams but there must few crooks in many teams or possibly even in all teams. Don't think fixing would be onto levels where entire teams are fixing.

Most likely gone. They were sold as temporary teams only. Rajasthan and Chennai come back and Gujarat and Pune go out.

There's not enough international quality Indian talent right now, so having too many teams would make the IPL watered down. If the BCCI gets rid of the 4 overseas player limit, then they could expand the number of teams.

I do agree with this 100%. But you do have to admit that CSK had an inform Dhoni most of his carreer with them, an inform Raina, hell even Ashwin and bravo was doing a fine job (even jadeja to an extent). The team was full of inform players getting the job done. Crooks or no crooks, they did have the players to back up their wins.
