Honestly, i hate to see this guy....

But he is doing something no batsmen did it....

I still dont understand what is working for him to be this successful....

Does he have a better hand-eye co-ordination than sehwag?

And still people argue Kohli is better because he hits more runs in McDonalds cricket...

In Tests, there is no doubt on who is the best. Smith is miles ahead.

In LoIs its the other way around.

Not that straightforward. What Smith did in 2015 WC has been done by no other player.

Ironic that hayden is the top guy on the list. Because Smith is very much in his mold - outright FTB. Once the hand-eye coordination goes, fall is going to be quick.

Has 3 consecutive 100s in India especially last series when there were some raging turners.

100s in Srilanka where the pitches where again result oriented

200 and a 100 in England

100 In Nzl

100 in wi(for what it’s worth)

100 in South Africa

obviously + all the zillion runs he  scored at home which apparently don’t count.

Most if these in the last 2-3 years

India : 1st hundred - gift from indian fielders; 2nd hundred - patta; 3rd hundred was the only decent one.

Rest are whatever. Hayden also scored away from home btw - 2001 series was far better than anything Smith has done till now or is likely to do. I guess at the end of 2005, people were saying Hayden is the GOAT in the similar vein right?

So who according to you is the best test batsman in the world right now?
