sourab10forever
...saffers would have still lost the series. There batting is already hopeless. The pitches in the series were quite flat and batsmen friendly to a good extent. Their batsmen struggled despite it being their home conditions. Also don't forget that the current Indian pacers are also top notch. Bhuvi would have eaten them for lunch had there been a lively pitch. Our Batsmen would easily out perform the SA Batsmen. So yeah...haters stop complaining about the pitches and down-grading this absolute ruthless performance. SG1994 1 Link to comment
rkt.india
Green pitch does not matter. It was still SA. They don't make green pitches in ODIs, only tests. Link to comment

CoverDrive
No one makes green pitches in Odis Complaining about pitches like some of the SA commentators is the most loser like thing ever Link to comment
Insidious
The pitches in 2011 ODI series in SouthAfrica were quite lively. The pitches in 2014 ODI series in Southafrica were quick but not that lively, we simply crumbled under Scoreboard pressure Link to comment

bowl_out
We won a Test match on a green pitch in SA and got them to a stage where they were scared to bat on.. That's a huge success.. Getting 60 wickets in 3 Tests and winning 5-1 in ODIs is incredible. express bowling, Mosher, King Tendulkar and 1 other 1 3 Link to comment
Stuge
Green and lively pitches in odi is a thing of past . Link to comment

vvvslaxman
It will be a commercial disaster. You know One dayers are how cricket boards generate revenue right? Why do you want games to be over well before 100 overs. Link to comment
02/04/11
Like others have said there are no green pitches anymore. The world cup is in England where since 2015 they probably have the flattest odi pitches. Link to comment
kosingh
We have bowlers to handle different kinds of pitches, and SA don't have a lot of quality batsmen in their prime. Link to comment
