What Ind did in SA recently?

 

Test series lost 2-1 

ODI Series won 5-1 against some what depleted team SA produced ever. No decok,AB, Faf played.A test player like Aiden Markram was captaining. Even Bangladesh could beat that team. 

T20 series won 2-1 does not make any sense because medicocre team like SL already beat them 2-1 last year 

 

Is there anything to be delighted? 

We did better in tests in SA than SL,PAK,OZ,WI,NZ etc. did on their last tours. Only England did better that too against a depleted SA. And no,we beat a pretty strong SA team even when AB returned. Some other fans though still talk big after getting whitewashed 5-0 in New Zealand in ODIs :)

I actually am worried. Test cricket is dying and its my favourite format. Need as many good teams as possible. W Indies have gone into free fall- don't need other teams following same route.

Let Pak-Bharat series take place in UAE or Bharat, we will see what is what 

Bhai they dont want to increase the head to head gap . Result is the same as 2012 series where best batting side cant score 250 on home soil against bowling power house and will lose in front of home crowd where no need of being embarrassing twice

Pakistan team is rubbish basically. I dont know why we are not playing them. We will beat them 3-0 in UAE. They have only one major player in Amir. The rest are as bad as PSL was and will be

Best bowling side has the honour to concede highest total in odi cricket....its better for pak they avoid Ind on regular basis the head to head gap wil reduce rapidly..

We have very high standards. We don't praise fat, pot bellied captains who don't make the team on merit after getting whitewashed by SL at home.

Yeah, we are a weak test side. We are in a rebuilding phase. So what? Anyone who claims Pakistan have been minnows is wrong, we have been one of the strongest teams at our home grounds. We drew a series in England. We haven't been the best team over the last decade or anything (South Africa have that honour) but we are still pretty decent.

Bowling powerhouse my ass. India lost that series for same reason they lost CT2017 Final- persistence with washed up seniors. That’s not Pakistan’s fault, they can only play against the team in front of them- but it was the main reason behind their victory. Pakistan’s best chance of beating India- is to hope that the poor selection policies continue.

the one that matters is 11-0 in all World Cups

and the great thing is, even if Pak win next WC match, it will only be 11-1!

I don't think they have any class players left to play Test cricket. It takes balls to compete in Test format and their players are as weak as they come. There is no difference between Bangladesh and Pakistan as of now. They may still come good in ODIs but that's their limit, just like how WI team is only limited to T20s.

They have been sent to help Eng warmup for the Ind series.

This is about test cricket. Rather trolling on 11 WC win (most of them are group matches though that do not impact on next level results) check the head to head Test (12-9) and ODI (73-52) then you will have your own mauka mauka 

 

for the current Indian lot, a 73-73 or close parity will not be achieved in their or their chilldrens’ life time , just like their fathers...mauka-mauka 

 

Even imagine 1 win for every 4 years of WC meet up it will take India to wait another 84 years to level 73 ODI wins
