This is ridiculous, who is Dhoni to give way to Pant. Is WK position his own that he is giving it as gift to somebody else. This kind of nonsense is what is stopping India from becoming good.

Kapil Dev, Sachin, VVS and Dravid to some extent.They all should have gone couple years before they went.Player should not dictate to the team. If any player is good enough selectors will select him.

Read a comment somewhere, If Kohli with so much international experience still requires Dhoni's help as a skipper, than maybe Kohli shouldn't be skipper at all.

I wonder why no one calls out these guys? Have a follow up question, that MSK mentioned that you were part of the conversation, are you implying that MSK is lying here? These guys are getting away with too many lies, more of making fool out of fans.

means it is Dhoni who decides as to when is his time to retire!!!!!!!! No wonder these things happen because when MSK,Devang,Khoda etc etc wastes are the selectors, even much  worse can happen.

The alternatives DK and Pappu were just as bad if not worse.

Dhoni should have stopped playing T20s at least after 2013 or so

Kohli has become too big for his boots. BCCI should fine him for making statements contrary to the selectors'. His words undermine the authority of the selectors and send a message that star players are above any sane selection criteria. No one is bigger than the game. If this group of players is removed, there is new talent ready to take center stage and shine.
