I sort of agree, @Chinnaswamy teams batting first should not presume anything is safe. Especially teams like RCB who have average bowling lineup. At Chinnaswamy, nothing is safe when the pitch is a belter. For me Kohli also batted poorly for first 10 overs. You don't imagine playing at Chinnaswamy, flat pitch and there isnt a single 6 being hit in first 13 overs of an innings. When a team has Russell at back end, you need to score according to that.
