Cricketics Posted June 30, 2019 Posted June 30, 2019 Pakistani batting is too weak, just really bad to beat Australia in a semi final game against a full Aussie bowling attack. But even before semis, they have a huge load on them to beat Bangladesh. Its looking like India vs England again in one semi final and Australia vs NZ.

coffee_rules Posted June 30, 2019 Posted June 30, 2019 If Pak and NZ or India are stuck at 11 , they need number of wins before NRR. And then head to head. If Eng beats NZ and Pak beats BD, they will be on Same no of wins and pak has to be better on NRR to get past to semis.

We are good enough to be in semis and put on 300+ against any opposition. Our problem comes when we have to chase and look like sitting ducks like it showed today with Rahul and then the poor approach of Thala Singh and Jadhav. You can’t compare our batting with pak. I doubt pak can put 300+ like we did against Australia earlier in the tournament.
