Prabhdeep Singh
Time to invest in attacking batsman with flair. No point having Pujara, Vihari and Rahane if you are going to score 160. Also it is a borefest. Potential batting line up in next test series in Aus. Shaw R Sharma KL Rahul V Kohli S Gill S Iyer R Pant sarcastic and SrinjayDutta 1 1 Link to comment

Why did they pick a spinner just for the heck of it, Williamson would have been enough and they could have played Henry. Maybe for 3rd/4th innings? spinner is must when pitch gets flat. maniac
Damn excited to watch our bowling on this pitch. Link to comment

If India can keep NZ down to under 225 they are a chance. But NZ should score around 300. India need early wickets, Williamson and Ross are the keys to this NZ batting lineup. Link to comment
zen
Definitely not a 165 all out conditions. With more effort, could have easily got 100 runs more .... ideally 300+ despite losing some wkts Link to comment
Gollum
Pumped up for this, just hold on to your catches . Link to comment
zen
Pant run out could turn out to be the turning point (as he could have got 70+) Link to comment
Gollum
Remember this Kiwi batting unit carries scars from Australia, fresh ones a couple of months old. Won't be easy for them as well. Link to comment
vvvslaxman
India has to cut down loose balls like this. Link to comment

Cant expect to win test match like this. Correct weight. Had India not thrown those wickets away, 300 in the 1st innings was on the cards. India's pathetic innings had little to do with the conditions and pace of NZ. Kohli, Agarwal and Pant could have easily taken the total to 300. Austin 3:!6 1 Link to comment
SRT100
Once the new ball is around 15 overs old, NZ should feel comfortable. Key here is not to lose early wickets. Link to comment

maniac
Indian fast bowlers are usually better at home than overseas because in india they know they have to be disciplined but once they see green pitches they lose their mind. Hope they keep it together. Link to comment

zen
Only time (from memory) when we have beaten a team that was down in spirits was Eng (smashed by WI if I am not wrong) in 1986 .... but we made it up to Eng in 1990 (esp to Gooch who got 333 in one of the tests) Link to comment
