Yes its true ,he was unfazed by Archer,Rabada,Nortje etc in IPL

Internationals bro. Internationals are a fair bit harder imo but he has the tools no doubt.

Yet to see him perform like that in internationals in a series.

Not doubting his ability. Just need more proof.

This is why I said. He struggles vs 140 plus. Look how comfortable Kohli and pant looked generally vs pace above 140.

He can't play them yet. He is a good player but a lot of work to be done.

What was Kohli's SR in the first 20-25 balls? People know that scoring can be difficult in later overs (Ind bowlers did well too in the last game) on such pitches. If you are set like Kohli, it can help.

His bowling is looking good. If he stays fit it will only go up from here. He had that zip to his bowling that even Thakur and Bhuvi didn’t have even though he was 2nd fastest behind Thakur. That is good sign. However hope his form during the end of last year wasn’t just a purple patch that has ended.

He struggled too but he did the job in the end. Pandya din't. He wasted too many. Not belittling pandya whatsoever. He is a quality player but there is no doubt he needs to work on his hitting ability vs 140 plus bowlers in T20 and odi.

He hasn't played much cricket and was also trying to hit every ball hard. But as the last recognized batsman, built p'ship with Kohli, who benefitted from playing tons of balls, and got 6s in... at times, you just need to put the ball in the gap ... As far as playing fast bowlers, he has smashed many quick bowlers including Rabada and Norjke in IPL, which is rated by many as just below tournaments like ICC WCs

Also no one should judge players like a daily stock price. As we that know that in the long run, these players will have more great innings
