My friend's mother is a doc in Lahore, working without PPE. She is trying to source at her own now. Poorer countries will struggle more. But govts need to help medics. Not arrest them. Then to put India in pressure, they try to throw Kashmir tantrums in UN in front of Iron brother China, but China says STFU. Then he sees , India really shipped medicines to many countries starting with SAARC first , ignoring Pakistan. So he tries to peddle Muslims in India and specially Kashmir are not getting medication. During all this period, he couldn’t realise, No One, absolutely No One, came to help them. Total sipplies they got was 5-10 tents from a Islamic organisation called UNHCR.
