His career SR is 128 so his innings today was his standard I thought he's capable of switching gears at the end like rohit who can hit sixes at will but then he got out. You can start slow but when you finish an innings it should be 170+S/R.

Straight Drive Posted August 30, 2020 Posted August 30, 2020 27 ball 55 for Hafeez. Good innings to lead from the front. Even 200 doesn't looks safe here though.
Vickydev Posted August 30, 2020 Posted August 30, 2020 Mahmood, Curran, Gregory are mediocre and Jordan hasnt been any good either. Pakistan should have been scoring upwards of 220.

He takes singles and twos and then Rameez Raza hypes that he is pacing his innings well. Then he just fails to cover up the strike rate and lost few matches for his team putting pressure on lower order batsmen. So I am not surprised by what happened today. Even Rohit who started T20i career early has a better strike rate of 138 and his place is in question Edited August 30, 2020 by Straight Drive Norman 1

Franco Vazquez Posted August 30, 2020 Posted August 30, 2020 I think Reece Topa would have been a better option than Curran for England

Worst thing is Wasim calls him a youngster than again Wasim calls anyone actively playing today a youngster even though some of these active players escpecially Pakistanis might be older than him.
