They could be confined for 2 weeks except for the match days. Even during match days they might not be allowed to step out of room except the playing hours.

Cricket Aus too is more likely to change the venue than reschedule the 4th test And during the match days, they would be focused on the game more anyways

There was no need to even while moving between states. Which is what BCCI and players hade agreed to.
