WC2011INDIA
It begins...this is sole purpose of Sharma. Somehow kill the series. RAZPOR 1 Link to comment
puneet28
Well nothing outside my expectations. Queensland had asked prime minister to do 14 day quarantine at one stage (though allowed him to come directly later), they won't buy any dramas here. Link to comment
ShoonyaSifar
Expecting players to go back in a complete bubble at the end of a long tour is grossly unfair but then QLD are right in saying no to any flexibility. Upto CA now to find a compromise. Going by tone of recent messages, CA and BCCI are not fully aligned, so CA have a much tougher job on hand. Link to comment
Lone Wolf
That's some Sherlock Holmes level stuff from Rohit the mastermind. India will be forever indebted to him for this act of genius. We are on course to avoid Gabba for second consecutive series. Vk1, saik, RAZPOR and 5 others 8 Link to comment
nitinbwj
We can still make this 1-1 ..Trophy retained by us..Hitman orchestrating all this without even playing a ball.. DeepSpace, raki05, nevada and 2 others 5 Link to comment

ShoonyaSifar
Queensland Cricket had to cut many jobs due to Covid. Now their govt's arrogance will only cost them further. I do hope BCCI hardens its stance and asks QLD to **** off. We are not obliged to play at Gabba. Link to comment
LordPrabhzy
Cant believe the chicken nature of some fans here celebrating at the prospect of avoiding Gabba... no wonder we are never great at sports and wont be a GOAT team like WIs and Aus of the past. Yes Gabba is a hard venue to play in but if you want to be the best test team you will strive to do well in all venues you play and the aim should be self belief to beat the aussies in their Fortress.. thats the mentality top teams have.. not the chicken **** jubilation of a cop out some fans are displaying here. Looking at the bigger picture, if the isolation period is 1.5 days then what is the big deal.. its just freaking 1.5 DAYS. I mean how much eating out and shopping these guys want to do before a match that they feel this an unreasonable request?? If you beat Aussies at the Gabba you'll gain more respect from fans rather than running away with tail behind your back saying' haha hum to sydney me khelenge'. If we dont have the team to win at Gabba maybe we should introspect and prep our test players to that standard rather than running away for an easier option? putrevus
So what is difference between Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane's bubbles. They are not asking Indian players to go out to other hotels except the one they are staying, so what is problem from Indian players??? Link to comment
raki05
Meh she is opposition health minister....even aus gov don't give 2 hoots about what she says. Looks like they laydown this 14 days quarantine rule recently which was not in earlier commitment. So bcci is in its full right to not obligated to it. zen
3rd Test at SCG Jan 6-10 4th Test at Gabba Jan 14-18 So they are likely to leave for Brisbane on Jan 11, so all this fuss is created to stay in a hard bubble for 2-3 days? (During the test, they have to be focused on playing it to worry about hard bubble) Edited January 3, 2021 by zen Link to comment
