They had published other two articles by PTI as well as one more from the same journalist. This gives another angle to the story, but I dont think this should change anything as murdering is heinous crime. Also if investigation depends on the news reports, then god save our country.

Large scale human suffering has happened in human history when any nationalist state has felt sieged by 'others' within them it is really dangerous.
