@PunterLog, tone down your rhetoric.

Your generalisations are an embarrassment to the forum. This forum isn't an avenue for you to continue spewing bile against a community.

You made your feelings clear (not that anybody cares). Keep your bigoted views to yourself.

You've been asked multiple times before to tone it down. Can you not understand or do you not want to understand?

And two wrongs make a right?

The bile you've been spewing goes against the very essence of self sacrifice, service to others and devotion that is Tirumala and Tirupati

Can you tell me where did you learn this BS?

This is the Gandhi effect that has happened to Hindus. Gandhi says that Gita was his inspiration. I never understood that as in the Gita, if anything Krishna encourages war against evil.

Also, the things you listed aren't applicable to people who hate Hindus.

What did you learn being from there?

I learnt that if you don't get violent, Abrahamic faiths will destroy my culture.

This! I don't understand why asking Muhammad's age is considered hatred and spewing bile?

It's as if Islam must never be questioned.

Yes, I'm bringing up some extremely uncomfortable topics and I might be wrong but an open discussion is necessary.

Agree.

But hate speech really has no place.

It boils down to the type of forum we want for ourselves. And the type of people we want to attract to participate in active discussions.

People like @PunterLog are entitled to their views. There are probably many others that think like him.

They can exchange notes off line.

So, you support censorship? Also, criticism isn't hate speech.

I'll give an example

Hate Speech : All M's are terrorists.

Criticism : M's display double standards.

I guess we can keep the OP discussion towards Hindu hatred in general, the indifference towards Hindus and not shared with other religions by buddhijeevis. we can ask uncomfortable questions about Mohd in a different thread about theological debate

I agree to this.

There definitely is a double standard. Hate to admit it but it's true.

I was in your boat few years back. Later I realized that it's upto forum members only. How they want forum to be.

If you feel it's not going in right direction, open a thread for that and let everyone including admins and members discuss it. That might be much easier for everyone.

It's difficult to restrict discussion in one direction only.

Agree, but with some self control, people can avoid personal religious and caste abuses tu-tu-mein-mein and bring down the quality of discussion. Self-moderate is difficult to achieve in an anon forum

A tiny temple was undergoing renovation in Rawalpindi and Islamists attacked it and damaged the work.

Wherever the cult goes, they destroy the culture of others. Be it the Buddhas of Bamiyan in Afghanistan or the thousands of temples in the subcontinent.

This isn't Pakistan or Bangladesh. Hindus can't celebrate in Muslim majority places in India as well.

Can you imagine the outcry if Eid wasn't allowed in Hindu majority areas?

Again, the mainstream will ignore this incident as Muslims are the perpetrators here.

That looks like some dargah or a deity believed by both religions. There is a temple in baba budan giri in Karnataka, where both Hindus and Muslims pray. So far peacefully.

You won't see any Muslim moderates in Pakistan fighting against this. They'll simply let the extremists run riot.

Like I said, Islam is the only religion where moderates won't oppose the activities of extremists in action.

Abdul & Toufiq belonging to the scared minority community dropping condoms into Hundis. Targetting religious places of non-Muslims is extremely common among Islamists.

Many naive Hindus were rightly disturbed by the recent case of Asif where a Muslim boy was beaten up inside the temple. But, what naive Hindus don't understand is that many miscreants enter the temple to do stuff like this.

These 2 inbreds will get away with minimum/no punishment as this a secular country where you can pis* on the majority community and get away with it.

What'd happen if a Hindu did something like this in Pakistan inside a Mosque?
