In order to establish a link, you need access to electronic devices and the person for questioning.

The police is not sherlock holmes.

Benefit of doubt shoud go to Disha. Do you agree?

Dont even know her but call her a douchebag. Fine upbringing you have.

she was saying under Modi there are honor killings and Muslims being massacred for fun to a guy running a separatist movement against india  . I don’t live in India, I think you do. Do you think that’s true?

She is definitely an idiot. Based on the results of her action, she is a douchebag. It’s pretty clear.

As they say follow the money. Who benefitted from Red Fort fiasco? Not the farmers.

Look I don't think you are ready to comprehend.I am done trying to explain.

You can live in your own petulant bubble but holding the country hostage is not right.

Tikait is planning a tractor rally to parliament. Will you support that? And will you be okay with violence there?

At what point should people or law start saying someone is against the country?

Quit using the word anti-national. You do not have the corner on nationalism. Every farmer is everybit Indian as you and has the same rights as you do. Just because they oppose BJP policy does not make them anti-nationals.

Farmer movement is very organic and they strongly feel about their future,

You can’t stop people to buy narrative that what happened on 26 jan wasn’t evidently rioting and arrested are not farmers and there is funding from isi or foreign angle in instigating some farmers as logic to farm protest doesn’t hold water. Just roll back to failing policies of past is nonsense

Some commonalities between padosi terrorist supporters & Republic day violence deflectors:

- All violence is Indian govt's false flag attack.

- their leadership revels in SUVs & villas, their protests involve massaging machines, pizzas & dancers.

- Dil, dimag aur pocket se bhikhari. One is a nation that needs loan to repay interest on loans. Other is a set of people who get free electricity, fertilizer subsidy, cash handout, loan waivers, & to some extent support price, poison the land/air & the end result is they're the ones supremely pissed off about it.

- constant blackmail: one is a nation that demands money to keep its terror network less active. Another has hijacked parts of the capital once and now wants to hijack parliament.

Farmers make 5K a month.

The subsidies are passed on to consumers.

You and your family is drawing PSU pensions and have no shame.

You are in the long run hurting the country.

Future policies have been tried all over the world and they are worse.

I am never OK with violence. Violence should be condemned.

As long as Tikait has a permit to carry out a rally and fllows the legal guidelines it is OK.

Ghanta, we don't even keep a PSU bank account, forget pension. Now go get a job and pay some tax instead of begging for your relatives in Punjab.

That and stop acting as a khalistani sleeper agent by suggesting govt is responsible for the Republic day violence.

Don’t blame common man when they call judge to have crossed the line. Politicians cant but comman man can. He isn’t SC judge to set a precedent and give directions to lower courts. Question asked to him was if Disha should get bail?  Answer did not need 100 pave article.  Waste of time and money. He should be sent back to school on how to look at things objectively

Just like your masters you cannot stand anyone who disagrees with you. Your behavior is closer to the Jihadis than desis.

A judge outraged by flimsy ground on which young girl is being jailed.

Think its a case of perception.

People who are taking the views of judge as holy grail for this case were against the judgement when Arnab Goswami was reprieved by same judges.

People who are giving clean chit to Disha just bcoz she got bail will still call Pragya Thakur a terrorist even though she is out on bail too.

People who are blaming Delhi police for this case were taking their statement as written in stone in Rinku Sharma murder case.

There is nothing wrong or right about it. Its just perception and the way we see things.

The common thread here is tribalism.  We pick our group first.  We then justify anything that goes in our group's favour and condemn anything that goes in the out-group's favour.

Correct, And that "outrage"  has got his credibility to be questioned.

Judge have no right to get outraged. His job is to pronounce judgement if defendant to be Bailed or Not?  He just needed a Yes or No.

Arnabs case was dealt ny SC judge. Their observation sets precedent for lower court. Its kind of telling what lower courts should do. This session court judge has nothing to offer to make all this BS observations.

Its like a blue collor employee of a company telling his CEO and investors what strategy his company should follow. Therein lies difference
