Yes Laws can be further made strict but as someone mentioned nation is full of sex deprived perverts.. Well these are in every corner of the world but I think India takes the cake here. Ancinet Persia Greeks Central Asian tribes have all invaded us in Ancient past... Only during the British Empire really that this cycle really stopped.
