He pointed to the provision in the Budget for APMCs and stressed that the subsidised food scheme, run with foodgrains procured by paying MSP to farmers, would continue.

Do you even understand? He isn't calling farmers the andolan jeevi aur parjeevi. He is saying there are some people who are seen every time there's an agitation in the country. Those people are living off those agitations. Guys like Yogendra Yadav, prashant bhushan, and several other such people. They were there in Shaheen Bagh protests. They are also indulging in farmer's protest. These are people who provoke agitations.

I posted the video earlier and you are posting the translation of the same in an article you have posted above. He is talking about activists who appear in all protests like Arundhati Roy, Medha Patkar, Yogendra Yadav etc andolan jivis, not farmers. These farmer leaders who are exploiting these farmers are business men with car show rooms and other varied interests.

Tikait is as much a farmer as Ramdev is a baba.

 

The hard working farmers don't have time for gundagardi. The ones who are sitting on dharna have UP and bihar labourors working on their fields. Those workers are the real farmers.These guys are landlords.
