I would add us choking in a KO event as well as number 4 and would vote 1 and 4.

Kohli has scored 50s in ko's of t20 world cups and played well in Ct final 2013 too. So I don't think that's a certainty. 

But yeah, Kohli losing an Icc tourney as a captain is definitely a certainty.
