No he wasnt. It would have been plausible if his bouncer and short balls were no ball. Even the yorker which anderson managed to keep out was a no ball as well.. he is not a fool to waste a yorker with an intended no ball.

Bumrah's intl career started with no balls. Take the CT final vs Poyz for starter.  In this test ,he created world record though. He is going from bad to worse.   And It has nothing to do with roughing up tailenders.  It's just routine affair for him.
