So basically modi can withdrawn money from that account, transfer to his brother who can create an FD and same defence would be acceptable to everyone. Point is she took donations and treated it as personal income hence it attracted income tax. People want to keep giving her money by all means continue doing it but dont call it donation for some crisis, its income for Rana and she will pay tax on that income.
