Lone Wolf Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 This is a god awful SA team that just clean swept us. Now WI is a team full of power hitters & their guys love playing in India. Jetty Pooran Pollard Brandon King Odean Smith... These guys are far more dangerous than these mediocre SA players. I think India will be massive under dogs this time & a high chance is we will lose this game. PS: WI swatted aside England in 1st T20 Y'day.
zen Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 Will not be surprised if WI do well … Ind tends to bring other teams in form … WI had a poor T20WC so a great opportunity for them to get back into the groove against Ind if they pick inform upcoming players (not those past their best) Lone Wolf 1

Hetty and Pooorman (I mean Pooran) can smash these trundlers, and the same with Odean Smith. Even Commander Shepard (if anyone gets that ref) could do well. I thought Rohit's ODI batting hasn't quite been what it was since 2019; might be wrong though. the bigger question is how many matches he will play before getting injured again
Majestic Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 Is Rohit fit? That answers your questions, OP!

They swatted aside England y'day... WI is a diabolical side.. If they arrive with decent form.. They will smash this side. Also remember last ODI & T20 series in India.. WI beat us both in ODI & T20 & took the series to decider both times. They can very well beat us this time. Lord 1

In general has struggled with his fitness. On the thread, most likely we will. On their last tour, they nearly pulled off a series win. Shardul won the series decider 3rd game (we needed some 30-35 off last 4 overs) Lone Wolf 1
nitinbwj Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 WI - Eng second T20 WI chasing 171 were 98/8 when their No 10 . Akeal Hosein smashed 4 sixes and 3 fours and 28 runs in the 20th over to take WI to 170.They lost by one runs Good Luck defeating these beats in T20

That being said, I don't remember any Indian player opting out of IPL citing fatigue or the need for a break.

Our WI specialist stats padders in top 3 will negate everything WI batters will do to our washed up bowlers Watch out for a new 'Kesrick Williams' getting thrashed this time Lone Wolf 1
