Rajiv Ghandhi was Indias PM when Qyamat se qyamat tak came out (we have had 9 PMs since then). People are just tired of watching Aamir (or for that matter salman, akshay, shahrukh ) romancing girls their kids age or performing action sequence meant for say a tiger shroff etc etc .  The day they start doing age appropriate roles, crowd will be back. The whole boycott blah blah is sorry excuse for creating crap which no one wants to watch. I enjoyed watching a season with duration of 8-9hrs of family man than any 100 - 140min hindi movie in last few years.

Arjun Kapoor feels that Bollywood has kept quiet too long against the common audience boycotting their film and the industry needs to come together to take action as their silence has been perceived as a weakness...

HAHAH this ghatiya actor's films will never be boycotted because they are that bad no body wants to see them anyway- but it shows the entitled nature within these nepotism spawns and they feel they audience should kiss their shoes regardless whatever tatti they come out with.. his career is now finished with his statement

What exactly is he proposing that they will do? Not release films? Boycott the audience? I think he still doesn't understand that it is the people that give him fame and stardom - not the other way around. I guess these folks think that making movies is a favour done to the audience.

Bollywood movies are flops only because people don’t have money to spend as they are buying Panner with GST.

No wonder Dobaara is a flop , logon ke paas usse Ek baar dekhne ke liye bhi paise nahin hain

Nope. People are just sick of paying Rs 350 for popcorn which ideally should cost 50rs.

Why would one make a movie like DoBaaraa which is based on a movie currently on OTT (Mirage on Netflix) and later lament that they are not watching their movies? . People would rather eat Paneer at home and watch Mirage on Netflix  instead of watching it on theatres paying Rs 300

Family man is amazing! Enjoyed both seasons. Manoj Bajpayee has been around for 20-25 years but he does realistic roles and the story is the hero of his shoes/movies, not he. All the oldie heroes should look in the mirror and stop trying to be their peak selves. That ship has sailed, a decade ago.

Problem wasn't what he said but it appeared as if he believes it. This is the same guy who in his initial interviews used to be so critical of all the fakery one saw in Hindi cinema. Today after bit of success he is one of them.
