India Top Order Batting Concerns - For how much longer?

They has been failing from years and years. Lower order batting has been outperforming them by mile and contributing to winning whenever possible. If roles were reversed and batsmen were taking more wickets than bowlers, all of the bowlers would have been let go from the set up. 

 

I am hoping to see atleast 2 changes made to the top oder in next series. If you can't drop them, atleast start rotating them around to find best combination.

no, I expect to see the following order for the next several years:

 

Vada Pav

Hahahul/Dhawan (Gill be dropped)

Chepu

Brat

Hahane

Bharat

Jaddu

Pujara came back when Iyer Rahul were there. Could have tried Eswaran or Sarfraz

Yes. In terms of inconsistency, they are up with most openers in the world. Rohit especially, would be averaging much more if he converts his regular 30s.
