It's normal. I have seen it happen. Lot of seniors lie and say they are under 21 and play for reserve teams despite being 24 25. So true you cannot declining that badly at 30-31 in case of Kohli. there is clear case of age fudging going on Indian cricket. 30-31 is supposed to be prime age for any batsman.
