It seems most test teams are able to find a way to defend 200+ target on the last day.   Not so for Team Ind in last 2 years or so.   So Frustrating.

Look at the tactics. Field sets, Aggression. Last tghree times we failed to defend was when we had KL Rahul as captain and Bumrah as captain. I definitely can see Rohit not doing anything either as he is another uninspiring Test captain.

Chasing 200 plus in fourth innings that too in SA and England should not have been walk in park which Indian bowlers made those chases out to be.

Stokes is a smashing captain. The tactics, attacking field sets have been spot on.

 

Australia bowling line up is significantly better than the English counterpart but Stokes is head and shoulders above Cummins as a captain.
