Surprise surprise...threads and discussions on the forum seem to suggest Indian cricket is on its deathbed. Never read so much of wrist-slitting and self-loathing.

 

WIll this mean we will win the WC? Absolutely not. Will depend on if the team can build and sustain momentum in performances through the long tournament. We have totally ran out of steam in the knockouts in many ICC events. Can only hope and pray for the home edition to change our luck.

Difficult to compare. ODI's are barely played anymore and teams field 2nd string attacks.

It is useless because all the players are grabbing T20 $. Only World Cups or multi nation ODI are important.

Look at the babar, he is decent batsman, but he doesnt deserve to be no 1 in ODI.
