Are we overestimating NZ ? They have only beaten 3minnows+ Eng so far. They may still miss a semi spot..in theory

Actually, NZ play every ICC tournament with only one goal.  ie to beat India.  Since they could not achieve it this time around, their players are mentally devastated.  This also explains why they chose to take a suicidal call to allow SA to bat 1st on this patta.  Now, they will try their best to lose next game to Pak and then to SL by the biggest possible margin.

NZ is always known for getting Pak back in a WC tournament that Pak should have no business advancing in. Looks like they are going to repeat that.

Actually two goals: one is to beat India and the other is to lose to Pak and allow them backdoor entries to next stage. Now they are working on the second goal.

For a change, I hope they thrash Paxtan this time. Don't want poyz to sneak in to the semis based on other teams' flop show..

They did sneak into semis in last T20 due SA choking  and started acting all great as if they were some great team.

Not happening brother this is one of the mediocre sides in this world cup, overrated, Sri Lanka should beat NZ which is difficult even if they beat NZ, pakistan has the task of England who are not currently in their best form but the last match against Australia they bowled decently and fighted most part of the game now if bairstow, root & Buttler any 2 of these comes to form it's danger for pakistan.

Haris "bowling machine" Rauf and Shadab "full toss" Khan may revive England.

 

England bowled decently against both India and Australia and batted ok against a strong Aussie bowling attack. Pak attack is way inferior.

 

Plus England have had the wood over Pak in recent times across all formats.

 

Also NZ-SL still left.

 

What is Bangalore rain like? It is just scattered showers? I think we should have enough for a 40 over game atleast.
