Apart from these 3, guys like Krishna,Harshit,Sen,Mohsin need to be in the mix after the WC

We need atleast 7-8 bowlers so we can rotate them in so much cricket.

Mayank Yadav  in SMAT 2023 .... T20 format

Got to play just 4 games as Ishant was preferred initially.

0 for 15 from 3 overs ..   ER .. 5.00

1 for 14 from 2 overs   ..  ER .. 7.00

2 from 25  from  4 overs .. ER .. 6.25

2 from 28 from 4 overs .. ER .. 7.00

This guy is an economical bowler who bowls express. And picks wickets too.

You guys have watched Mayank, Tyagi and Umran bowl in SMAT.

Please give your observations.

Haven't seen much of Mayank tbh...  But really excited about him.  Hopefully he has a great IPL.

Tyagi looked much better seems like carried the momentum he had in UPT20.

He is ready for India call up (at least as On the job training)  rather than waste time on Mookesh Avesh

Umran continues on a downward spiral after initial promise.  Serious help needed...  Need him to work with guys like Allan Donald or heck even Brett Lee.

They should also choose the right format for introducing these guys or selecting them.

T20 is not the only option.

But I rather they select them somewhere than not selecting them at all. But then that brings in the danger of these clowns dropping them the first opportunity they get.

Realistically, we might see Arshdeep Avesh and Siraj/Prasidh if Bumrah and Shami are rested lol. And as expected, one of these guys brought in (hopefully if they get chances) in some T20 series after the IPL. The reason I’m being such a pessimist is becoz I just haven’t seen any indications from the selection committees we’ve had in the past year that would suggest otherwise.

Prasidh is already in the mix and is bowling well at 145 k.

Harshit Rana will probably touch 150 k too and is a really good bowler.

You are forgetting legend Mukesh who will keep things steady but won't be a match winner. Safe and steady line and length bowler. Just the kind of bowler our ex players and commentators dream and fantasize and keep hyping up at every opportunity.

These three are proper 145+ kmph bowlers, but there are more in 140+kmph bracket.

Ashok Sharma, Vishal - They played in Raj. t20 league

Delhi has some more- They might need to look for some other team, as delhi is over loaded with 140+ kmph bowler same for Raj.

First they need to reduce pace to 135k..this is our sekectors criterion

Hangargekar is not 145+..maybe 142-143 but has a high arm action and strong shoulders..generate good bounce. Is a powerful hitter.

Bawa last I saw was in 135-140 range...sad to see that he is used as 7th batter & 5th bowler by Chandigarh. But he is a very high ceiling allrounder.

Yudhvir Singh from J&K is another 137-143 pacer..tall, hit the deck pacer. Can bowl decent yorkers in death. Is a powerful hitter.

Mohsin is there as well, tall strong lad. Bowls heavy ball and gets great bounce. Just need to get rid of his lazyness.

Also seems Kuldeep Sen is lost too

He don't have a future in Tamil Nadu, he seemed lost there. Except Washy I don't see many folks talking to him, language issues I guess.

Need to switch immediately to teams like Baroda who are struggling for a high quality fast bowler.

Kartik tyagi is a special talent. Top ingredients. India can get a really good bowler out of him.

Mayank Yadav of Delhi clocked 155...looked really fast, hostile & fierce. Always had a good action, but surprised everyone today with the extra pace as all thought him as a 138-148 pacer.

Go through the pages, he was sensational today.

Vishal Godara is an allrounder as well. Smashed some really big sixes in RPL. There was one more tall lad from UPT20 as well who was bowling yorkers at will and was a powerful hitter, can't recall his name.

Ashok Sharma I think switched teams, right ??

If he hasn't then he should. Teams like Haryana don't have a fast bowler and he can be an asset there.

UP, Rajasthan & Delhi are producing most number of FAST bowlers..so the competition is very high there.
