Agarkar being a fast bowler himself ,lot of expectation of him was to select some you by fast bowlers instead of Mukesh,Avesh etc. He should have identified a replacement for Shami and other bowler when Bumrah is rested owing to workload. express bowling, raki05 and Gollum 1 2 Link to comment

Rohit Sharma is on thin ice after WC loss and got sacked by MI, so he's reluctantly playing. Rahul is being selected at any cost as opener ,as middle order ,as wicket keeper ,as vice captain.How is he allowed to just walk in the playing 11 everytime he is injured. Kishan was made scapegoat to accommodate Rahul. Kuldeep is treated very badly and his batting is given a reason to select Axar over him inspite of having same type of player ie Jadeja in the playing 11. Sarfaraz,Pattidar ,should have made debut by them. Agarkar should have plan to replace Rohit,Virat,Shami,Ashwin,Jadeja and should identify their replacement and them enough matches . In this series Virat ,Rahul,Jadeja, were unavailable and Gill,Iyer ,Siraj,Ashwin,Mukesh are out of from and so the selectors had to select Patidar,Sarfaraz, Saurabh,Sundar,Akashdeep in the squad. Kuldeep played because Jadeja was injured. tweaker Posted February 15 Share Posted February 15 Half fit Rahul was selected for the third test.Inspite of bad perfomances Iyer was dropped only because of niggle,. Gill was given ultimatum to perform in second test,but doubt he wouldn't have been dropped even after bad perfomance. If Sarfaraz,Patidar,Jurel,Kuldeep perfom well then then there will be real.dilema for selectors to be ruthless or shamelessly select all the star players directly in playing 11. Kohli.has taken break for 5 test for personal reason ,does he can just walk back in playing 11 when he desires to come back Link to comment
