Bigger news/happiness than winning WT20

Jaddu should retire from ODIs too, and focus only on tests and IPL.

Don't let his T20 career misguide you about his value to Indian cricket. He is an MVP in test cricket, especially at home. He should aim to play for 4-5 more years in white jersey, he has the fitness to do that....Ashwin will retire soon (maybe even this season) and we shouldn't lose both of them at the same time. Also in SENA his batting adds value, may even focus more on batting going forward if the rigors of bowling are too much on his body.

Yep I always believe he is abused far more for his T20 then he is credited for his Tests credentials. In India its almost like playing with 12 guys.

Will probably retire from ODIs after next CT in Pak/UAE.

Good, he made his T20 WC debut in 2009 where he played a match losing innings of 25(35) against England and still went on to play T20 WC in 2024.

Meanwhile Kohli played his first T20 WC only in 2012.

So many undeserving players went on to play countless matches for India due to their IPL exploits.

Jaddu has been rubbish in WT20 but that was Thala's doing. Jaddu used to be no. 9 batting below Bhajji and was promoted ahead of prime Yuvi

It's like promoting Kuldeep in yesterday's game and then blaming him.

Actually bowled really well in that game but got overshadowed obviously

Part of 2 ICC title winning teams...  Should call it quits on ODIs too next WC is in 2027.

Axar is pretty much ready for CT25..

Should focus on Australia tour and WTC Final imo

I think he'll play in CT next year and then retire. Rohit,Kohli might do the same.

Guys like Jaiswal Abhishek Rinku Reddy should get sufficient games before 2026 to establish themselves.

Hopefully we don't waste time with likes of Gill and Ruturaj who are just not T20 players & don't have any second skill as well.

We will play at least 40 T20Is before 2026 WC. Plenty of time, but yeah no Rutu/Gill/Sai type players.

Axar has shown he is here to stay, better white ball player. But no competition in tests.

We have Nishant Sindhu waiting in wings for Tests.
