I think for Pant, captaincy, responsibility of keeping along with being the main batsman will be too much. Maybe we find a interim captain for a year and then give it to someone like Jaiswal.

Pant is not very sharp bro....I like his happy go lucky attitude but he often makes some silly mistakes during captaining. He is much more himself as a non captain.

 

Bumrah at the moment is right choice, make Gill/Jaiswal as his deputy and hope over the years one of the two takes over.

Jurel imo will make a good captain.

There were some sharp presence of mind moments he showed in the England series.

The only con of him, he may probably never be a premier IPL name because his batting style is more of a technically correct batter than a power hitter.
