I'm not saying that people aren't converting or their isn't pressure to convert just asking to stop posting this blatantly incorrect statistic.

Ok just for the record what's the correct stat? Talking about recent years vis-a-vis around partition for West Pakistan at the time.

Says it right there in the first sentence you posted.

But go on keep repeating the nonsense if it makes you feel better.

Cheers.

That's why you need to outside of your madrassa to learn some Reading & Comprehension. The articles further state that the minority population in Pakistan has drastically declined since then. In 1998, the last census numbers the minority %ge was around 1.6% and has gone down even further over the last 2.5 decades.

So from 1947 to 1998 the minority went from 20.5% (or nearly one-fifth) of the population to around 1.5% in 98 and by now it's less than 1%. But expecting Pak folks to read & comprehend is like bhains ke aage been bajana

People who are saying Pakistan is safe for Champions Trophy.

Within a weeks another incident and the so called "fool-proof" security personals can do nothing.

Hope other teams wake up and smell the coffee, unless they want another Thilan Samarweera in their team.

Was on the cards once it came into conversations, not sure right now what PCB wants from this stand-off.

pcb might be looking for some kind of kickbacks from icc.

Think all 3 PCB, ICC and BCCI wants CT2025 to go on. No one wants to cancel it. PCB wants it to look like they are giving a fight for it but its v.much possible that they have agreed to hybrid in the background, did same with wc23

And if hybrid is not an option then what are other options left with ICC??

  • Do CT-25 without Ind knowing well in advance that this will be a blow to icc revenue, BCCI in this case is not liable to any damages here.
  • Do it without Pak in someother place, right now looking like its Ind as no other board will host it due to various reasons and not looking like that they are going against Pcb. will this impact icc revenue many/may be not. BCCI will go extra mile to make it a success. And PCB may be liable to the damages here but they can also come-up with same excuse as bcci did that their gov. is not ready.

Not sure if PCB wants to exhaust all their reasons and excuses with CT that they have nothing left for anyother ICC events going to host by bcci.

Few here want Indias participation just for the sake of morality, integrity, humanity, daleri etc

Indian team is certainly their target

Think Indian Team should be allowed to chant Jai Shri Ram, Har Har Mahadev, Wahe Guru di Fatah and greet each of their batsmen with Jai Shri krishna , or Radhe Radhe as Pakistani players are always seen asking Dua/praying when they reach a milestone.

My personnel opinin no one does such religious antics and ICC should reprimand PCB / heavily fine the players and PCB each time they are seen doing such antics on pitch

What a waste of 24 pages. The whole tournament will eventually be shifted out of Pakistan to UAE.

In the coming weeks there will be lots of terro...I mean Freedom Fighter attacks all over Pakistan. We know rest of the story...

Karma is a biatch.

Why, what has changed in the coming weeks? Because of Trump?

Yeah that definitely is a factor. Pakistan lobby is extremely strong within the Democraps(far far stronger than India's). Just look at the totally indifferent reaction of USA towards the blatant election rigging in the last Pak elections. Democraps sweep everything bad about Pakistan (also Khalistan, and BD Jihadis, Kuki militants, etc) under the carpet. On the other hand they highlight (& even distort) anything negative about India. Today's hitjob against Adani is a fresh example. Democraps will also set Manipur on fire before going out.

Also, George Soros's (who is one of the biggest funders of Democraps) son Alex Soros is married to a Pakistani woman (who for sure is an ISI asset). Hell even Obama is/was pro-Pak and anti-India. He recently gave a shameless and completely unnecessary statement about India facing a second partition (as if Hindus hadn't already given away land for 2 hardcore Islamic countries).

Unknown gunmen has killed atleast 50 civilians.

How can one even imagine playing there, when you know security folks themselves are radicalized and may end up shooting the cricketers once the "kill switch" in their mind triggers.

Pakistan is not even safe for its own people, forget about foreign nationals.

There is a difference, There is no opposition in NK or Russia or even China. Even USA is limited to 2 party system.

In India there isnt such limitation, we are a multi party system and the reason BJP/Modi are winning elections 3 three times in a row is because majority of the population believes in him and his vision for India.

Also, you're talking about compromised system but there are no proofs against it. The bubble of EVM was already burst down when none of the opposition political parties came for the trial despite election commission calling for it.

So all I can say is the information you have is incorrect and needs a re-evaluation at your end.

I am not blaming you for it though, information these days can be easily twisted and converted into a dis-information (I purposefully wrote dis instead of mis) to devalue the progress of a state.

The current Indian government is winning because of Modi’s cult like following and Hindutva narrative that appeals to the majority. Some of the statements I hear from Yogi Adithyanath, Amit Shah, and Modi about Muslims are derogatory and frankly dangerous towards its Muslim minority. Bigger genocides are expected unless things change.
Your most credible journalists and entire world’s media is covering what’s really going on in India.
BJP has placed stooges in Supreme Court, media and election commission. It’s a namesake democracy now.

I think you are confusing the person of a government leader with a vast country which runs as a Federal republic. As the recent election results showed, the Indian voter is quite mature and doesn't hesitate to hold all politicians to account however emotive the pitch. The BJP even ended up losing their seat in Ayodhya, the birthplace of Rama...which you would have thought a slam dunk for the BJP.

Leaders will come and go. I think what India has going for it is a system in which elections and peaceful transfer of power works pretty well.

I frankly hope so. I admired the secular and democratic India and wished Pakistan was the same. I always wished partition didn’t happen and we all loved together.

But today, I consider myself lucky that I am born in Pakistan after seeing what BJP governance is doing to its minority.
