Mufti is a religious title for being a religious scholar. "mufti" is a title within Islam, referring to a Muslim legal expert who interprets Islamic law and issues legal opinions (fatwas). This is equivalent to appointing a Christian Legal scholar or papal school topper to that position. India: Zero tax rate upto salary of USD $14,000 (average income $3,000). UK zero tax rate USD $15,000 (Average income $30,000). Ratio is 4:1 for India while 1:2 for UK. So work pays in India, It makes u pay taxes in UK. Hence what is outcome? Off 42 million working age population in UK, 4.2 million are claiming disabilty benefit. While 9.7 million are not working and claiming benefits. So effectively 1 in 10 is disabled while 1 in 5 are permanently NOT in Work.
