To be fair most of  Pak cities are within 300km from the border.  Given the range of modern weapons its not that hard to reach. Imagine in the future India have Brahmos 2 with a range of 1500km and Mach 8. Not much of an effort to reach Pakistani cities.

 

Pakistan have a huge geographic deficit with India given the layout of the country. Even if they get latest tech from china it wont change.

Also, hope govt will start working to bring some normalcy back to Kashmir, and slowly get confidence back for tourism with adequate security.
