Vk1 Posted May 27, 2025 Posted May 27, 2025 These two should be fast tracked to our T20I squads and groomed for ODIs too. Vipraj especially can be handy with the bat. Bishnoi hasn't developed much since his debut and Kuldeep blows hot and cold far too often. Suhaan, nevada, tapandrun and 2 others 5
Serpico Posted May 28, 2025 Posted May 28, 2025 Vipraj for sure, we really need a bowler who can slog Ultimate_Game 1
pkmmamks Posted May 28, 2025 Posted May 28, 2025 Vipraj. Every player in the 11 , bowlers included should have the ability to tonk. rahulrulezz 1
coffee_rules Posted May 28, 2025 Posted May 28, 2025 Digvesh should be banned for 1 year for his antics.
deathmonger Posted May 28, 2025 Posted May 28, 2025 Vipraj shouldn't be aiming for the bowler spot but one of the allrounder ones. Jadeja's spot is open now. Parag I think is the best contender. Hardik-Axar have 5-6 years of top level cricket left so gaps will come. India is not deviating from ARs in 6-7-8. That helped in both T20WC and CT. sandeep, Vk1 and Norman 3
bowl_out Posted May 28, 2025 Posted May 28, 2025 Vipraj for sure. He is the find of this IPL for me. Vipraj, Varun Chakri and Axar should be the three spinners for T20I Manucrick 1
bowl_out Posted May 28, 2025 Posted May 28, 2025 The XI should look something like this. Alternately, play Jitesh in the lower order if Samson is unavailable, and move everyone between 4-6 up one spot.. Abhishek Jaiswal Samson Tilak/Parag SKY Pandya Axar Vipraj Arshdeep Bumrah Varun
Ultimate_Game Posted May 28, 2025 Posted May 28, 2025 Vipraj should be fast-tracked in the setup. He's the sort of player who can bowl 2-4 overs and can score quickly down the order.
tapandrun Posted May 28, 2025 Posted May 28, 2025 Both should be fast tracked, ask rathi to work with Varun and bit on his batting and with Vipraj he can be in playing 11 in place of jadeja/bishnoi. Bishnoi has not improved much, find it hard to understand how come Ind player do not improve after coming to intnl level and playing multiple seasons

There's a problem with AR tag in ICT, lot of 'experts' perceive specialist bowlers to be better than ARs simply because they cannot hold bat. Look at Sundar, he used to bowl in powerplay, middle and death before the impact sub rule, now he hardly gets a game and even then, won't get to bowl much. Same with Tewatia who hasn't bowled at all this season. Its better for vipraj to focus on bowling and do some occasional hitting down the order. Even our tailenders should be able to bat like zampa, adil rashid etc

Bumrah is prolly the best T20 bowler now (prolly ever) and Arshdeep/Varun C are in tier 1. 12 overs of these guys can kill the game. Then 6-8 ARs. neel roy 1
vvvslaxman Posted May 29, 2025 Posted May 29, 2025 Kuldeep will be preferred against certain teams like Pakistan who have no clue about picking him.

tweaker Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Vipraj Nigam will travel with the Indian team to Sri Lanka as net bowlers for the upcoming two-Test series. express bowling 1
