coffee_rules Posted July 27, 2025 Posted July 27, 2025 Just like the previous tour to England, this has been a paisa vasool series. First test saw a record 5 100s from India and a record chase by England Second test had a 1000 run aggregate with Gill dominating both innings Third was very close loss , a very heart breaking loss. Fourth test an exciting draw with India batting out 5 sessions Indian victory in Oval will be a icing on the cake Sandz, Tillu, BacktoCricaddict and 2 others 5

This team may not last 3 days in NZ or SA coffee_rules 1

This team may not last 3 days in NZ or SA I think India has played in goo dbatting conditions many times. The match we got shot out for 78 runs? England made 432 runs. Same way in 5th test. Pant and Jadeja made 100s. But our top order went missing. It was a good batting track too. In SA even SA team don't score that big. NZ even Bangladesh has a 550. It is not tough as we imagine. Only our celberated middle order f***ed up way too many matches. Gollum and coffee_rules 2

If they had some good team selection, they would be leading 2-1 here

He would have blocked the bowling and survived. We sent Akash deep as well instead. THat is where , we were tactically wrong. Sundar was very high on confidence after bowlign well. Gollum Posted July 28, 2025 Posted July 28, 2025 Poms are going to get belted on spicy Aussies pitches, bring it on. Most overrated team in modern era. Can't even make a WTC final. Manucrick 1
goose Posted December 23, 2025 Posted December 23, 2025 indian media and players had a golden opportunity to celebrate 'retaining' the Anderson-Tendulkar trophy when they won at Oval. likewise not much was said on india's opportunity to retain the BGT at sydney in 2024/25 when it was 1-2 going into that. indians not really dailled into the concept of retaining trophies.

Don’t think anyone cares about retaining trophies outside of ashes.

Jaiswal at least scored a match winning 100 in Oval, on the toughest pitch of that series. People like Karun Nair, Sai Sudarshan, Jurel have been useless passengers whole year. Manucrick 1
