Second biggest win against Aus in KO...

2007 T20 WC SF... Yuvi's effort still tops the list.  That Australia was also near invincible

Common this is the biggest ….t20 is still lottery even weeker opponent defeat strongest. But 50 overs really test your skills this is biggest win by any indian team in wc.

If this was a WC final then sure it would have topped everything.

But we have beaten Australia W in a WC Semi in 2017 before as well that too away from home.

This is just me keeping emotions aside.

T20 was new then, not everyone took it seriously. Zim beat that Aussie team in group stage, Pooks also in Super 8s. Also not full strength, Ponting missed out due to injury.

Grace Harris here as well(best finisher in the Women's game currently).. not taking anything away from this win though ...But 2007 Australia was a different beast man especially in KO's.. and that assualt by Yuvi after a usual Choke esque start by India will always be special imo.

That was a rarest of rare KO Win by India against Aus too..

I don’t follow women’s cricket closely apart from some prime matches like today’s game . Is Smriti Mandhana a choker? Gives me the vibe, I have seen her couple of innings though; she is excellent but never seen her turn up in big games :dontknow: Harmanpreet is good.

Her dismissal was controversial. There was a spike. But i don't think it was a bat touching the ball. It was way down the leg side.  She did well.  NZ match was a must win match. She did well. That was a big game too.

Wow some best womens finisher !! She has played 11 odis with a  best  of 7 not out with a total of 15 runs .  Her last ODI cap was 2016

Her T20 record is not much better , an average of 22 highest score 64

A couple of WPL innings doesn't make her one of Australian finest .

Mandhana, Kaur and Rodrigues play innings Harris can only dream about in her wildest dreams.
