In UK, I know that doctors are supposed to report even if they were caught driving over the limit. 
 

Professional bodies (not just medicine) need to get there act together and ensure no one can practice the profession if they have questionable records

The disturbing trend is that now even Indian muslim females are joining the newly started female terrorist group of 'Jamaat ul Mominaat'. So terrorism is not restricted to just muslim mem joining terror modules, but even muslim women are getting into it. Intelligence agencies need to detain other females of this group as well who would have escaped unlike Shaheena Shahid

Regarding ricin posioning plot, not just temple prasadam, but also ration shops were targets for the jihadi gang.
