Over the last few years, or perhaps for the better part of a decade, I have in my general outlook become extremely anti American ( or whatever it is that the US foreign policy stands for now).

And this has nothing to do with religion. Far from it.

In many ways the US is our primary enemy nation.

Funding Pak, Arming Pak during conflicts.
Shielding Khalistanis who call for Air India to be bombed.

Shielding Anderson and the top management of Union Carbide.

Shielding multiple terror accused, Making unfair trade deals and sanctions, Trying to dump their Pfizer mRNA vaccines on us.

Dumping GMO food on us, treating us as lab rats in the 50s and 60s.

The whole Devyani Khobragade episode.

Stringent visa checks for even tourists or those who go to meet their children.

At some point, if the US survives their showdown or shadow boxing showdown with China, we are also going to have a showdown with them.

It is like living in the 18th century and hating all British and its policies. It is the current superpower, and it can bend rules that  will suit its needs. From a  foreign policy point of view, India’s in the right place handling US unlike ASEAN or EU countries

BSDK upsc baabu's. They do not even acknowledge the existence of information warfare. We are doing good things and they are hidden and buried deep down.

MEA babus woke up probably after the talks between EAM and FM of Iran.

Like OH sh*t sir we forgot to update the current status:facepalm: their incompetence must be studied

Internally it is a glorified plantation economy at best. In the wider world it is an empire in decline going through the motions. There's a high probability that this latest misadventure in Iran will be the accelerant the rest of the world is hoping for.

1. Destabilize a country because their leader would not give you oil.
2. Set up bootlickers like the Pahlavis , Resentment increases
3. Islamic Revolution happens because of the resentment of Iranians against Pahlavis
4. helping Saddam Hussein in the Iran Iraq War

5. Discourage other countries from buying Iranian Oil
6. The one good thing under Obama - The nuclear deal with Iran - Withdraw from it when Trump comes to power.

7. Sanction the * out of the country - How are Iran supposed to earn money then ? Iran has oil but isn't allowed to sell them.

You force the country into a corner like what US/UK have systematically done, you force them into a war for survival. Except China and Russia, Iran has no suitable trading partners. Indians tried to trade with them but increasing threat of sanctions made us withdraw mostly from Chabhabar port.

The part where western powers have *ed over Iran initially is the one that shouldn't be forgotten. These *ing assholes don't learn their lessons at all.

I too share some sentiments against west. Especially their universalism and rooting every country to follow their values.

But, when emotions have abated, please try to analyze where the mullah's have messed up. You will find many. I will not get into an argument now.

I sincerely wish more Iranian ships develop "technical issues" and remain in India. And provide them enough "legal strength" so that they are NOT prosecuted for Desertion in their homeland.

It is the duty of the Dharmic/Hindu man to save as many young men from this war as possible.

Religious hardliners will almost always * a country up. That's a given.

We are the only country in the area which hasn't had a forced either through military or external forces led regime change.

All the problems started with the initial regime change in 1953.

It is most likely they wanted to keep balance and let this be in back channels and diplomatic lines, that's why none of this would have been announced.

However, our exfarts and outrage industry forced them to do damage control.

Failed Marshal is meeting MBS seems like Saudis want Pak to intervene

I want Pook to take the bait, and in all honesty, they'll if sufficient money is offered.
It's just that Iran might start barraging it;s missiles onto Pookistan. Already under pressure due to Taliban, TTP and BLA....Pooks may find it tough to breathe in if India too maintains aggressive posture at the borders.

Gaddafi's Libya wasn't bad
Stalin's USSR was on it's prime
Saddam's Iraq was shaping up well
Saudi has been governed by religious hardliners for decades, unless MBS started transformation.
Wadiya was progressing highly under General Ala-deen. They were just 2 months away for Uranium enrichment, to be used only for peaceful purposes.

It all depends on the leader as well.
