vvvslaxman Posted March 2 Posted March 2 If someone scores 100s at high pace in T20 he is likely to be a match winner despite his boom or bust pattern. That is why he was originally backed. They were willing to live with ath unitl they made that dumb move of bringing GIll into the set up. It hurt the batting approach of whole team. Right after GIll left Tilak became the old Tilak , aggressive Tilak. Having 6 or 7 match winners in your set up is a good thing. as you just need one to click. Gill was never a match winner in T20 after that 2023 IPL. Ultimate_Game 1
