When Australia was going through an overload of talent in the 90's they did the same at home. Look at the below, Australia, Australia A, Zimbabwe and England played this quadrangler series and the finals was played between Australia and Australia A. We have the biggest appetite for cricket. Should start with only T20 cricket and slowly introduce the other formats.
